I have worked in the fitness industry for 16 years and have a real passion for Health and Fitness

 

I love a challenge and over the years have completed the 3 Peaks Challenge, cycled the breadth of the UK in 2 days, completed Duathlons and Triathlons and love partaking in muddy obstacle course runs, more recently Tough Mudder and have the bruises to prove it!

I love training and meeting different people and as a Personal Trainer I get the greatest satisfaction when my clients get results and reach their goals

I run my own personal training business with my main focus on Fat Loss and Nutrition, so if you are looking at dropping a dress size or two or to ‘tone up’ and become leaner and feel more energised then I can help

 

I believe that fitness and nutrition go hand in hand so I am always furthering my knowledge and attend regular courses and seminars by both fitness and nutrition experts so that my clients receive the most recent and up to date advice and guidance

I offer all my clients a comprehensive induction, a tailored progressive programme with nutritional advice and ongoing support, bundled in with a friendly, motivating and varied style of personal training

My aim is to give you the tools to make a positive lifestyle change looking at all aspects of your life to help you achieve your fitness goals in a healthy, happy and sustainable way
