MEMBER UPDATES

You may remember at the end of 2024 we sent out details about an upcoming change for 2025s membership rates. Thank you for your understanding and support following this communication, we really appreciate it.

 

If you haven’t already checked the 2025 membership rates please come to reception where they are on the wall for you to see. This adjustment was essential to ensure that we could continue to deliver the high-quality services and resources that you expect and deserve. The good news was that as an existing member your monthly rate would increase incrementally throughout 2025 and the time has now come to start those changes.

 

The first is a very simple one. We are changing our front of house reception system so the first thing you will notice is a change to the name of our DD on your Bank Statement. This will change from ClubWise to TPHC Membership which we hope makes more sense.

 

Please expect another communication in August regards the first DD increase to your membership. As mentioned in the first communication this will be incremental over the following months and by 2026 all DD memberships will be in line with the 2025 membership rates.

 

The team have been briefed on these changes but please allow them to continue to do the job they love and direct any questions regards your membership to Ray or Danny.
