MONDAY

Mixed Ability Pilates

with Imogen

Increase your core strength, stability and mobility whilst building lean muscles in this low impact easy on the joints workout. Strengthen your whole body whilst developing the flexibility and mobility of your key joints and muscles. Improve your power and performance to run and ride faster whilst avoiding injury and allowing you to lift heavier .

You will require a mat or comfortable rug to lie on and a small sofa cushion/foam pad as standard. Occasionally light weights/tins/balls are incorporated but are not essential and the sessison can still be completed without these props.

BROGA BOOTCAMP with Ray

A time efficient session to take you away from your desk. Combining traditional yoga with challenging blocks of exercise movement to improve physical performance and biomechanics. Expect to raise your heart rate, challenge your muscles and iron out tight spots in this 40min session.

Floor mat or soft floor to lie on would be a bonus.

Floor mat, dumbbells, weighted bar or bar and weight plates essential for this session.

BROGA Sizzle

This Full Body workout is non step guaranteed to raise your heart rate, build body weight strength and includes some intense stretching.

Cardio Bounce

A really fun, cardio fitness class with happy, feel good music. Easy on the joints, great for heart and lung health with additional core strength. Helping to increase energy levels and an overall feeling of well-being.

A basic rebounder/trampoline is essential for this session

A short session to take you away from your desk, you don't even need to get changed!! A minimum of 20 minutes to move your butt, improve your mobility, ease tension and improve your focus still leaving time to eat lunch.

Not essential but a mat or soft floor to lie on would be a bonus.
