Strengthen your whole body whilst developing the flexibility and mobility of your key joints and muscles. Improve your power and performance to run and ride faster whilst avoiding injury and allowing you to lift heavier .
You will require a mat or comfortable rug to lie on and a small sofa cushion/foam pad as standard. Occasionally light weights/tins/balls are incorporated but are not essential and the sessison can still be completed without these props.

Ideal for the work from home or office bound desk type and busy field based rep climbing in and out of their vehicles daily.
Not essential but a mat or soft floor cover to lie on and a cushion or pillow would be a bonus.
