We are launching our ALL NEW blended class timetable
Classes start on Wednesday 12th August, however some classes will not commence immediately due to staff availability. We are a small team and even smaller post lockdown so we will not be able to cover classes for instructors who are unwell or on leave. We will notify and remove classes from Clubwise and give you as much notice as possible. Some variances to the timetable already are listed below:
Yoga with Rebecca on Wednesday evening will start on Wednesday 19th August.
Smash HIITs will return when Matt is back in club. He is currently isolating after a holiday.
There will be no Pilates with Imo at all w/c 31st August for both in-studio and virtual classes.
You will only be able to book 2x in studio classes per week at the moment however virtual classes are unlimited and do not require pre-booking.
Studio classes can accommodate a maximum of 8 participants. You will have an individually marked box to adhere to social distancing guidelines and there will be no sharing of equipment. You studio instructor will need to remain in their area. There will be no tacticle cueing of exercises. ALL classes will be available virtually.
